Dear Sir/Madam I have been a health policy holder of Icici Lombard from April 2010. when i opted for this policy i did a survey about the premium and the facility provided by the company and i found this THE BEST. Now unfortunately i have to complain about the matter of premium hike by double the amount we use to pay. I fall in between the age group of 36-45 years and when i opted for the policy i was informed that premium of this policy will be same till i turn 45 years of age. I have been getting calls from your Customer care department about policy premium hike and they are telling us that policy has been upgraded and we will be getting special benefits. This is to inform you that what ever benefits they have mentioned they are compulsory by IRDA so why we should pay more premium for this. WHY WE SHOULD SUFFER. I would request to continue my health policy with the same premium amount. I am sorry to say but if my request went unheard than i will complain in IRDA and consumer forum as this is right to fight about the injustice.
