Icici Lombard — I had renewed my policy but at the time of claim they are saying that ur policy got expired

My new policy number is 3001/hi/10383421/00/000 i had renewed my policy and made cheque payment at sunrise hundai on 31 may 2016. But at the time of claim they are saying that policy got expired on 29 june 2016 and no renewal is done... I have my mini statement of bank that payment is done, so what to do right now? Whose fault is there? Going to file a case in rti against icici lombard services and sunrise hundai.
