Icici Lombard — Money deducted from credit card but policy not given

I recieved a call from ICICI head office in malad regarding a health policy in which i have to pay premium for 2 years and the policy is for five years with tax benefits they had deducted amount of 11800 from my credit card and converted into emi and after that no mail no message no policy i had recieved i had filed a complaint regarding the same in icici lombard and send them my credit card statement which is clearly showing that amount is been deducted for ICICI lombard but still these people are unable to figure out that where my policy had gone they always keep me on hold and never reply i had shoot several mails but nothing happened below mentioned are my complaint details.
