I have made payment for renewal of my previous health policy no 4034i/CHI/06038006/01/000 and made payment thru hdfc credit card dated[protected] at request of customer care representative for instant renewal of the policy. The payment has been recognized by the customer callers and showing in my account but no policy documents plus card not received so far..
Latest complaint no [protected]
I hv made more than 50 calls and got frustrated and feeling very bad by doing renewal of the policy...
