[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Not reminding renewal of policy coz i had taken the claim | |||
Dear Sir! I have been a customer with ICICI Lombard for last 4 years . these people used to call me 1 month before of my next renewal of policy.Since i had taken a clain in this renewal, these people have not reminded me for renewal of my policy.when i called at callcenter for renewal they said, u had taken last time claim so in renewal showing us error, so vant be renewal...and only 7 days are left for my policy to be renewed... So it means if a customer is not claiming then only they will renew the policy. This is really a cheat from these Insurance company...why these people are selling their product if they cant renew the policy, if someone has claimed in that term... There should be some organization to look into such kind of matter... IRDA pls do something... Was this information helpful? | |||
