[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Payment not made towards claim | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I regret very much to let you know that my above said claim is still pending without payment. I have submitted my claim on 12.08.15 but till today there is not a single response from the company. When i called, the security guard answers and he says that in 3 days your claim will get cleared. There is not a single responsible person in Mangalore branch. On Sep 12 I have to renew the policy and i have to rethink about it. i request you to look at this matter immediately and clear the claim immediately.
