[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Refund not given after proposal was declined | |||||
I Submitted two proposals ( No [protected] & [protected]) to ICICI LOMBARD HEALTH INSURANCE on 19th Sep, 2015. Both the proposal were declined on 23rd Sep, 2015. I have not been given the refund of my premium ( Rs 7180 + 2280) even after multiple follow ups with their customer care. The interaction Id of the case is [protected]. They have missed their SLA of 7 days for refund after proposal was declined. But they are still coming with excuses even on 9th Oct, 2015 and not giving the refund of the amount they accepted. One of the worst and shameless experiences that I have encountered from such a reputable professional organization. Please refund the amount asap and give me date by when can I expect a refund.
