[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Regarding my two wheeler claim | |||||
ICICI Lombard people are cheaters i have submitted my motor claim MOT05682219 on 21ST JUNE 2016 and further they asked for supporting documents i have submitted all the related documents and they told it will take another 60 days for internal verification in head office and i have waited for this period and gave a call after 3 months and they are telling now the claim is rejected because the policy was in other person name but they dint inform me about this and not communicated regarding this. dont know what to do Was this information helpful? | |||||

Accordingly, we note that the vehicle was purchased and RC was transferred on your name on 26/05/2016 however there was no endorsement request received to us within 14 days from date of transfer. On date of loss i.e. on 21/06/2016 policy was under previous owner name and hence, claim got rejected as per the policy conditions. We look forward to serve you.
