• Hence, as informed by ICICI Lombard helpdesk original cheque was sent to ICICI Lombard Hyderabad on 25/11/2009 for cancelling cheque bearing no. 723359 and issuing fresh cheque.

• After several reminders through email & telephone, once again sent reminder letter dated 04/03/2010 with a request for cancelling cheque bearing no. 723359 and issuing fresh cheque.

• Again after several reminder on phone again sent reminder through email dated 27/12/2010 for cancelling cheque bearing no. 723359 and issuing fresh cheque.

• With rigorous follow-up and reminder ICICI Lombard issued fresh cheque bearing no. 257786 but with the same mistake the cheque details of which are as follows

• Hence, as informed by ICICI Lombard helpdesk copy of cheque bearing no. 257786 was sent to ICICI Lombard Hyderabad with covering letter dated 22/02/2011 for cancelling cheque bearing no.257786 and issuing fresh cheque as they had made same mistake in the name. (Original cheque bearning no. 257786 is retained with me)

• Again after several reminders through phone and sent reminder letter dated 19/07/2014 for cancelling cheque bearing no. 257786 and issuing fresh cheque drawing in favour M/s Huhtamaki PPL Ltd. (formerly The Paper Products Ltd.)

• Again after several reminders through phone, sent reminder letter dated 19/07/2014 for cancelling cheque bearing no. 257786 and issuing fresh cheque drawing in favour M/s Huhtamaki PPL Ltd. (formerly The Paper Products Ltd.)
