Icici Lombard — Resignation Letter not received till date

I was working as HR Co-Ordinator on third party payroll of Modern Business Solution in ICICI Lombard from Feb 2015 to July 2016. Till date after resigning on July 16 I have not received resignation letter. Inspite of repeated follow up and reminders with concerned authority i get assurance from ( Prashant Kate (IL) - [protected] & Manish (MBP) - [protected] ) thats its under process. It has more than 2 months same is pending. Many employees who ICICI Lombard hires on third party payroll dont get offer letter, resigning letter etc Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
