[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Unauthorized credit card charges for ICICI lombard plan | |||
ICICI credit card person approached me and offered a life time free card a year back. Card was issued in deactivated condition, once I enquired with ICICI bank them they informed that I have to go for ICICI Lombard plan to activate the card and they forward the call to ICICI Lombard team. ICICI Lombard person forced me to go for a plan and said that any time you can quit the plan, otherwise your call will be permanently deactivated. We will send you the complete documents of insurance plan documents Since I was in emergency, I decided to go for the plan for 1st month to use the credit card then to quit the plan in next month. But they never provided any documents about the plan so far whereas in another side they deducting charges every month. Whenever I call customer care of ICICI Lombard, they informing me that documents will be send to your mail but so far I have not received any mails or documents. Now I am in a position that I don't know for what insurance plan the money is deducted for. Also the ICICI bank charges annual fees for using credit card for life time free card. ICICI Bank and ICICI Lombard are jointly spinning the issue on others and deducting the money every month. Kindly help me in resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
