No response for the email to customer care

There is no response from customer care. Email was sent to [protected]@iciciprulife.com. Also several reminders sent but absolutely no response. Also your customer care number is useless with so many time wasting options, i tried several time and wasted money and time in call without any result.

I have heavily invested in prudential policies which is close to 1 cr. I have recently received email for stopping of benefits and coverage...

I had take policy no. 14733355, for Rs 10 lac and policy no. 14731845 for Rs 5 lac.Both received 10th / 11th Dec 2010.I returned the policy no. 14731845 for Rs 5 lac.

Reason due to departure to USA to meet my daughter and grand children, programme fixed in a short notice. I had to buy gifts(gold ) for them so had to return the above said policy of Rs 5 lac.

Once back I found out from my Son regards the misselling...
