[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — Issued less surrender amount against policy

I have surrender ICICI Prudential Secure Plus (UIN: 105L025V01), Policy Number 00883121 on 12/12/2013 at the ICICI Prudential Mumbai Amboli Branch. Concern was raised multiple times to ICICI Prudential representatives regarding less amount issued to me for mentioned surrender policy. And everytime I get their following standard response; [protected] This is ICICI Pru response:- Guaranteed Surrender Value = 35% of [All premiums paid - (first year''s premium + rider premium + extra premium)] Surrender value is higher of GSV or NGSV. * Non Guaranteed Surrender value: will be equal to a non-guaranteed surrender value factor applied to the market value of the investment fund at the time of surrender. [protected] What I know, I was paying premium regularly for 6 years and I had around Rs. 66, 000/- in my policy at the time of surrendering policy 12/12/2013 (This is cross validated against policy statement I received on the same day). But then ICICI Prudential issued (wire transfer) money in my a/c which was around 31000/-. Many emails were sent and calls made asking explanation why less mount issued to me for surrender policy but every time I have received ICICI PRU standard response stated above. Please help me to resolve this issue.
