One of your agent named Mr Vineet Aggarwal told me to take another Policy of Rs. 25000/- and you would get for Rs. 150000/-. So i took a another Policy Vide No. 17861748 and same was due for get payment on September 2013 for Rs. 150000/-. But it is matter of regret your agent is neither picking the Phone nor contcting me in connection of the above. He cheated me a lot and also the goodwill of your company ruined. I also informed to your branch Jhandewalan by telephonic conversation with Mr Amit Sharma in this regard. Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and take the necessary step to get my payment of Rs. 150000/-.
