I have joined as UNIT MANAGER GRADE I JANUARY 31 2007 . EMPLOYEE ID 518417.Next year I have promoted as AGENCY MANAGER . But I didn't get my appointment order for Agency Manager from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, though I have worked as Agency Manager for one year ; and resigned from my job on 31 st January 2009 due to some personal affairs. It is very much helpful to me in my future carrier life; if I got the my appointment order as Agency Manager from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance . Therefore my humbly request is that to arrange to obtain my appointment order for Agency Manager from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance for that period please.
