MY POLICY NO IS 09655273 WITH ICICIPRULIFE. DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION THE POLICY IS AT PRESENT IN LAPSE STAGE. I WANT TO REVIVE IT AND PAY PREMIUM ON LINE BUT THERE IS NO SUPPORT FROM ANY CORNER. AT PRESENT I HAVE GOT NO USER ID AND PASSWARD. KINDLY LET ME KNOW HOW COULD I PAY MY PREMIUM ON LINE AND REVIVE MY POLICY. I AM TOTALLY MEDICALLY FIT ALSO.
