Icici pru team is using deceitful, deceptive selling and unfair trade practices for their policies sold. The sales 'vultures' basically pressured by old father to buy a policy on my behalf with a commitment of rs.2l per annum for 5 years! They absolutely failed to disclose the fact that this a no-exit scheme - and there is absolutely no way you can get any money back before 5 years no matter how dissatisfied you are with their service and the way they treat you. It is an absolute win-win for them. So far we have only paid for their hidden fees and currently at -20% loss of my initial premium and there is no way for me to exit. This is ridiculous. Does anybody out there have a similar experience and have found a way out? Please share. Was this information helpful? | |||||
