[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Medical document transparency | |||
Os05371034 this is regarding my policy which is on hold, reason informed to me is medical discrepancy, I am unable to open file sent by your branch pro, chatrapati nagar, many things are not cleared, i may cancel this insurance if i am not shown my medical checkup discrepancy documents as you are saying that additional premium will be there because of discrepancy. Insurance is a very trusted relationship between the insurance company and client and proper transparency is a must. I am a very busy person and have no time in visiting your branch office often. Please understand. I requested for an executive to visit my home and explain (My home is very nearby to your branch office), i had paid amount of annual premium on 17/04/2016 its nearly one month now.
