[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — No response for the email to customer care | |
There is no response from customer care. Email was sent to [protected]@iciciprulife.com. Also several reminders sent but absolutely no response. Also your customer care number is useless with so many time wasting options, i tried several time and wasted money and time in call without any result. I have heavily invested in prudential policies which is close to 1 cr. I have recently received email for stopping of benefits and coverage despite payment of three premiums of guaranteed savings plan. For which i have sent email for explanation, but no response.
