[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Redemption payment after 10 working days

Hi, I have submitted my policy number 13401483 with ICICI Prudential Life for redemption on 13th April 2015. I am told that said policy will be redeemed at NAV as on 13th April but payment will be done after 10 working days. Why they are using my mondey for 10 working days free of cost? They should not take more than 3 days to refund. Please register my compliant.
