ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Term Plan Application - Being cheated by ICICI Pru Life | |||
I am Vikrant Kale filing complaint against icici prudential insurance company. I am Old Customer of ICICI Since 2004! I have good faith in ICICI till date . I have relation with ICICI BANK, & ICICI Prudential . But very very bad Experiance with ICICI Prudential since since I have applied for ICICI Prulife Term insurance plan. I have applied for Term plan on May 16th 2015 for ICICI Protect Options 2 as advised by their customer service desk. Documents uploaded on the very same day and medical tests were done on 1th May. As I haven't received any update in 2 weeks started following with them and finally on 30th May they sent an email saying that you have applied for correct policy. I havent got any response from them for the explaination on why it took 15 days to check this. Anyways they suggestet they can procced further if I can give go ahead to apply under different policy ICICI Option 2 care. Accordingly I have given my consent and have paid the extra premium as confirmed ( due to my diabetic ) on the 8th June. I was told by Neha that as soon as I pay extra payment it will processed and policy will be issued. Today when I am raising this complaint its 18th June, in last 2 weeks I have sent several emails to buyoneline team and called their customer service centre few times but still no update. I feel cheated and its very unethical, unprofessional attitude of ICICI prudential. in spite of raising complains several times...no one has called me till date to resolve the issue.
