Name = Manohar Prasad Joshi ICICI pru whole life policy No[protected] It’s more than a month i sent the questions, I am fed up, what the hell are you are doing? I need reply to my questions. I want to convert my policy into "paid up". I have sent email and have not got response till now after 40 days. Please give me answer to the below questions:
Do I have to do anything to continue my policy with reduced sum assured? Do I have to send a request or fill up a form?
I will not pay any future premiums. What is the reduced sum assured for me now? Give me exact number.
What is the reversionary bonus for me till now? Give me exact number.
Will my policy be in force with reduced sum assured till 15 years?
How much money will I get after 15 years ?
Please send me a document confirming that my policy has been converted to a paid up policy and it will be in force till the end of premium paying term with a reduced sum assured.
