[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — where is my cheque

I Mahmood ahmad from risia bahraich.l have a policy and policy no16832425 i have paid three premium.in this two with cheque and one cash. 1st premium cheque no 310117 on dated 24/7/12.my second premium cheque no 310119 on dated 5/10/12.3th premium in cash on dated 27/8/13.in this way I paid three premium.but according policy company he received only one cheque and cash.he is denied second cheque no 310190 of dated 5/10/12. I want know where is my second cheque (310119)and who is responsible my second cheque.
