Sir, i had visited the near by branch of icici prudential life and told them to plz close my policy evn i had mailed to dem, as below mentioned " From: L R CHAUDHARY [mailto:lr.[protected]@ace-cranes.com] Sent: Wednesday, March 05, 2014 12:00 PM To: 'md.[protected]@iciciprulife.com' Subject: ICICI PRUDENTIAL POLICY NO 16892416 IN THE NAME OF LR CHAUDHARY DISCONTINUATION Dear Sir This refers to my visit to you on 26 feb on the above I may request that because of some unavoidable circumstances I have lost every thing, my house in sector 15 Fbd, my service, my holdings after the death of my wife.Shifted to Mumbai, kohlapur, Gurgaon & back to Faridabad.Iam facing, Golden Eacute finicial crunch, un able to pay my instalment against the subject policy, hence request is made that my account be closed & the balance be given to me sympathetically considering my case.I am having my account maintained for the last more than 12 years with yor bank. after this without any intimation they I was shocked to learn that instead helping me Rs Rs 25000 have been deducted against the installment in spite of my request made. Sir i am of age and not able to visit ur office again so please consider my case sympathetically & provide necessary help i.e. stop this policy and refund be given to me. they make an excuse that i will have to continue this but i am not i condition Regards LR chaudhary 09871
