I am able to login to my ICICI Direct account, but I'm unable to view my Demat Holdings web page. It reflects "Technical Error Code: 130" The system advises me to send an email to [protected]@icicidirect.com

Multiple emails have failed to elicit any response. As I'm unable to view my Stock Listings, I'm unable to trade.

What is Technical Error Code:130. Please can anyone assist?...

As the bond is in material form, we have the possession of a bond certificate. As the bond has reached its redemption, we have visited your Bank branch office and Investment Office for redemption of the same but no assistance has been provided to us. We have tried to contact the customer care number mentioned in the websites but no conclusive conclusion has been derived. We want your assistance for the same.

I have completed my CKYC on 11th Sept 2023 but my trading account no [protected] and demat account remain unverified / frozen. In spite of numerous emails and calls to helpdesk, the account is still remain frozen as on date....

i've 5 ashirwad deep discount bond (option i) purchased in july 1996 which matured in july 2021 and the maturity value of each bond is 2 lakh. I've contacted icici bank and they were cluless and not able to guide. And i'm from guwahati and not able to trace how to redeme the following. Certificate no is 507151 to 507155.

The following MF I have purchased from ICICI direct securities trading a/c no.
[protected] long back but unfortunately it was transferred to another broker on 20th july . But latter on I complain to that broker they transferred it back to ICICI securities as per L&T statement dated 30th August . So I request you to Mapp it in my portfolio .

I have made 3 MF orders on July 14th and these transactions were rejected on 22nd July and till date (Aug 12th), I have not received the amount back to my DEMAT account. This is a sum of money over 10L and as a customer I cannot wait to get the refund. It needs to be resolved at the earliest...
