ICSI — Regarding delivery of study material | |||||

The same thing happened to me as well. As i have applied for December Attempt.
I made order for Economics and Commercial Law book on 22nd of July, 2017 not received the delivery of the book till now for the reason that my address at which the book has to be delivered is not correct for which i resend my updated address for the same on 16th August, 2017 through Anju, [protected]@icsi.edu.
As i was disappointed with the services of ICSI and arranged the book myself and for which i made request for cancellation of order and refund for the same on 13th September, 2017 and received the a Very late notification on 25th September, 2017 stating that" there is no such procedure of refund and we are sending you the book".
I want Refund.
