IDBI Bank — [15079] The User is Already Disabled For transaction

Hi Sir/Ma'am I am getting this error "[15079] The User is Already Disabled For transaction" even i give correct ID and transaction password. I have written 3 times wrong password after that i have generated my my new password.but still it gives this error please give me any suggestion . Thanks!

i had the same issue today. You need also check the last option while generating your new OSP password.Last two options should be something like enable bank transaction rights. I called on their customer care and they addressed me to do this and this worked.IDBI customer care number :[protected]Its 24x7) :-) Hope this resolves your issue

I had gone though the same problem & resolved easily, just by login in your net banking,
there is an option under your login password "View Demo" just go through the options showing video tutorial
about enabling your password.

I had a same problem, then i called customer care through toll free number [[protected]]. They told me to set access rights in last page "Enable Transaction Facility" after enabled its working fine for me. Try this method

I forgot my transaction password.How can get back my password any one please send me reply as soon as possible...
I had written 3 times wrong transaction password so I was getting "The User is Already Disabled For transaction" error, I tried following approach and it gets resolved:
1. Go to Login page of IDBI bank.
2. Below Username/Password text box there is a link "Generate Online Password /Forgot Password /Modify Transaction Limit", click on this link.
3. It will ask you for your customer ID, account number and the mobile number.
4. Then you need to enter ATM card details.
5. After entering correct ATM details, you will get request ID and OTP on your mobile.
6. Enter request ID and OTP
7. Then select the check box "Enable Transaction Facility". If you want to reset Login and Transaction password along with this then select those check boxes.
8. Your account will get activated.

Hello Team,

While I am requesting for netbanking password for first time and after entering request I'd and OTP it goes to the new password and transaction password details page but the page is displaying runtime error in jsp and not proceed or confirm buttons displaying. So please help me how to generate passwords for netbanking for the first time login.
