Such a rich bank that they won't require business anymore. Business such as home loan which is a earning point for a bank but the guy who handles home loan section and branch manager both were not at all interested to provide any information. On 29th june 2016, i received sms from idbi bank about the revision in eligibility criteria for prefert a/c.

I do not understand the reason for revision in this criteria for prefered a/c.

Is the bank trying to recover the losses incurred due to loan it had given to dr. vijay mallya by now taxing other customers?

Did the bank have permission for such acts from reserve bank?
If yes, please let me have the details....

Dear Sir,
I was having salary account in IDBi since 2004, the account number was 004104000077987 which was idle (unused ) for long time since it was my zero balance salary account. I was not in mumbai hence was not using it, then bank send me letter to keep minimum balance or they will put penalty on it. I received few letters from bank hence written application to them and they closed in November 2015.

After that still I received one more letter which is attached here with from IDBI bank but they mentioned wrong account number 039104000076711 and wrong home branch(Andheri-Marol),...

Sir, i live in habra from westbengal. So i 'm open a new account in idbibank habra branch, so after few months overes our a/c in idbi bank. So i'm told in branch loan department employer to help & support to me an our business financial capitaal purpose or i'm branch customer, so can't any replly to me. I have taken an education loan during my Post Graduation on 2011. And during those 2 years my father was depositing the interest amount to bank on a monthly basis. And after my completion of my study on 2013, still I am repaying the amount to bank. But the concern is that I am not getting any subsidy as of now except a couple of, which are very less that we have paid in terms of interest. IDBI Bank — Illegal maintenance charges deduction

In reference to above subject i would like to inform you that A/C no.: 1079104000032948 ISFC Code: IBKL0001079 has been charged 115 rs on April 2016. as per RBI rules banks cannot apply penalty charges in account even if there is not a sufficient balance in account W.E.F.: April 2015.
I want this penalty charges to be removed from the same A/C as early as possible if this issue will remain same till end of this month i will contact to the higher authorities of RBI

This may short out as early as possible

I have not been clarified for dishonour of cheque by your bank as on 31.03.2016, the details whih has been provided to branch manager with physical copy on 02.04.2016 even though sufficient balance is available in my bank account for clearing of cheque.

Further, bank has also debited my account with Rs.258 as cheque return charges. Even though approaching your branch and consistent follow-ups, I am still not aware for reason of not clearing the cheque...

The concern branch debit my account 68800 for insurance, without my concern .
I am poor and draught affected farmer . I can not afford so much amout as 68800 with out my concern.

When i opened the account in idbi bank, my account opened as a salary account with minimum balance 0.00 inr. They changed the policy in july 2015 that customer has to maintain minimum balance of 5000.00 inr. But i didn't get any update regarding this. When i opened my account through internet banking i saw my balance is in minus. I visited the bank and asked about it and they said you would have get this information on your mobile number. But i didn't get any message. When i saw my mobile number in my account there was my mobile number with 11 digit. They didn't even check point in mobile number...

IDBI Bank — How they are opening their branches on 4th Saturday (This is against the RBI Rules)

Dear Sir/Mám(RBI)/Arun Jaitely,

This is to update you that, IDBI bank is opening their branches on Saturday(26th March), which is 4th Saturday. But as per RBI guidelines, they should be closed. and Even, they have sent circulars and SMS's to all the customers that now onwards, they will be open on all saturday's. This is kind of harassment to IDBI employees and their families.

As a customer also, i am feeling very much unprofessional way of working from IDBI bank side, whereas, all other banks are closed.

do they have rights to go against RBI rules...

I have salary savings account in IDBI bank, since long time we have notice that the SMS service the bank has provide is not in proper manners. As on 11/03/2016, my salary credited in my account.
