feeling so bad and getting worse feeling about IDBI that they are continuously deducting amount in the name of ACH R even though i have maintained the balance and paid the EMI regularly.

Please be kind in this pandemic situation and refund the deducted amount as it is not small amount for the people like us....

I visited IDBI RAC Sector 63 Noida for my Home loan procedure which is in the same branch. I went to the First floor through stairs with my pregnant wife as I could not leave her alone on ground floor. I was waiting patiently for someone to ask a query when an IDBI staff person named Abhimanyu asked my me and my wife get out of the bank as I was 2 minutes early before official time. I told him that bank security staff allowed me to enter...

My bank account was already connected with Gpay but it got unlinked automatically. I have been trying to relink the account but everytime a message shows up "Your List Account req. is declined as UPI service is not permitted for your account or customer category.- IDBI BANK"

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the application but it still has not been reconnected.
Can you please help me resolve the issue?...
