I missed my emi payment, presently I am jobless, I had applied for moratorium but I don't know how they present emi Aug-2020. Hence may I request to you please refund, the ach rtn charges of 590 has been leived.
With the current situation i request idbi to refund the deduction amount.

The managers at idbi bank (Marigold branch, andheri east, mumbai) have harassed us under the guise of pending kyc for 5 months now, causing us tremendous mental trauma, and business/opportunity loss. There was a upi refund initiated from amazon on 8th july. It's been more than 3 weeks and i still have not gotten it.

At IDBI BANK Sivakasi the staff are so irresponsible and they made me to wait for around two hours just to renew my gold loan. I was waiting in queue and when my turn came they made me wait and called the person who is close to the bank appraiser. This totally shows how lethargic and never worried or feared about customers as they are government staff....
