IDBI Bank — Bouncing charges

Ub: bounce charge customer id: 76734628 product type : housing loan

This has ref. To above subject i would like to state that i have taken 3 nos of home loan against above customer id and i paid timely emi but for july16 i transferred fund on 9th july through neft unfortunately 9th july and 10th july was bank holiday and fund credited on my idbi account on 11th july so that part payment debited by idbi on 10th july and balance debited on 11th july but also bounce charge debited on my each home loan @ rs.300 per account in this context i would like to request please reimbursed bounce charge and arrange to credit same amount on my saving account as i have a very goods track record with idbi bank and also i have a various deposit account (Rd, fd, ppf, ssy, gold bond, apy) of my family with idbi and it will be very painful to me if you will not consider my pursue regarding above matter.
So that once again i humbly request you to please credit bounce charge on my saving account and this will help to me build a strong relation with idbi.
