IDBI Bank — Floating Interest Rates are low and EMI's are being increased

RBI financing rates are lower, though bank is increasing EMI's (IDBI bank @ Bangalore Koramangala Branch), for Home loan taken in 2008. Thought before raising as a complaint, raising a query to understand the situation. Being in Dubai cant directly make the enquiries, I really appreciate your feedback which will help my proceeds smooth with the bank. when asked the bank for rates, the below rate details given, which are self explanatory the rates have fallen since 4 years, but YOY the EMI's are increasing and the response is nill for the reason. appreciate and await your response.
