IDBI Bank - Krishna Nagar Branch — Wrong charges levied without intimation | |||
IDBI Krishna Nagar has levied Monthly Balance Maintenance (MAB) charges to my ZERO balance account without sending me a formal intimation in regard to my account that account is now w.e.f 01.06.15 onwards a not a ZERO balance account. RBI should keep a check on such kind of Banks which follow their own rulea and levy charges which they are not supposed to charge. Does any Pvt Sector Bank like IDBI Bank have full liberty to levy any sort of charge on Indian Consumer without taking a formal permission from RBI. RBI - Please intervene.
