My sisterer made a IDBI deep discount bond in the year of 1996 ( annexure- 96), now she want to take the benefits by surrendering the bond.

Name of bond holder: Mrs Yasmeen Bano
Second holder- Hakam Ali khan
Please let me know howmuch she can receive the benefit of it, and what are all the documents needed and process to take this money from IDBI. We need this money urgently for help in my further studies. we will be very thankful to you.
