IDBI Bank — Unauthorized debit of Money

As per the complained registered by the Complain No. 359/7126492 amount of Rs. 10000 was debited from my account on 3rd of January 2015. When I was trying to use the ATM Machine of Punjab National Bank at Howrah Maidan, while entering the Pin there was no asterisk sign on the Machine so I Cancelled the whole transaction and left. After a while I received a Message of the Money Being Debited So I Registered the complaint on the IDBI Phone Banking and after the bank Processing I got the Information from the Phone Banking that the amount will be credited on 12th January 2015 but I got the Information that PNB as given the Comments of amount being Dispensed so again a Complain was Registered on the 12th January 2015 and is currently in Process And there current situation being that they are not returning that amount to me. And the Bank is not cooperating with me for the particular issue. They are taking no responsibility for the situation. The ATM was compromised or the Punjab National Bank is involved or Just they are irresponsible and the IDBI Bank is not Entertaining the case. A/c No-[protected]
