IDBI — Didn't update my Address & name

I am poonam darda. I have given my all the necessary docs which is required for Address change as well as middle & surname change after marriage. I have given all the docs before 15 days. they told me that it will take 4-5 days. whenever I will Customer care they are giving reasons. I need to apply passport urgently.
