Idea — Billed for entire month when I was promised for prorated service | |||||
This is with respect to idea data card plan I took on 20th Oct. I was told by Idea that since I joined halfway I will be billed on prorated basis. To my surprise idea has gone ahead and billed me for entire month and told me that I need to pay for entire month. My complain number with idea is C1-[protected]. It will be great if you could let me know by when it will get resolved? I have unfortunately made the payment hoping to see some communication in this regards.

That is the problem, I have explained more than 3 times to the customer service on call you guys understand that it is billed incorrectly, they take a complain and after few days Idea blindly closes the requests saying it is billed correctly. This is exactly my complain that I have not billed correctly . Request to please call me as I have already complained more than thrice to Idea customer service and I have lost my patience on same.
Another billing cycle and another discrepancy. Hope Idea would bring clarity to billing cycles. This is totally unethical. I want to discontinue this service but they wont even allow to discontinue service for 3 months. Never in my life I would recommend anyone to take idea internet connections.
I would not even rate them 1 star but forced to do here to give them lowest rating
