Idea Broadband — After Payment, No connection and no refund | |||
Initially, I was communicated to get the installation withing 2 days after payment receipt from Idea Sales guy (Vikas – [protected]). The sales guy came home on 20-Aug-2015 & took up all the documents, details & money (2736) for the broadband connection. It has been a week after the payment, but I didnt not receive any installation from Idea.Everyday, Customer care makes a false promise of installing the connection by end of the day. After such bad a experience, I have initiated request for refund for which they are saying 45 days will be needed.I dont even know weather I will get my money.Its really a horrible experience and service from brand like Idea. My Idea broadband Account Number:[protected].I have called customer care 10-20 times and they are yet to take my refund request.Everyday they told the same lie, request has been taken and I will be getting my money in 48 hours.
After 48 hours, they say no refund request has been initiated.
This is customer harassment!!!
