Idea Cellular — 3g recharge not been activated

This morning I recharged my talk time with the amount of Rs 330. Then around 1:45 pm I recharged my number with an amount of Rs 297 which is benefitted with 1.25 Gb. Till now I havent received any 3g data and customer care executives has blocked my number so now I am not able to contact them as well. This is the limit of my patience. Act quickly on my problem.
