Dear Sir, I am using Mobiles No. [protected] from last 10 years with Airtel as postpaid. I was shifted into Idea cellular in the month of april 2014 as prepaid. after that I am using Idea services. but last 30 days my number was not working. I was asked in idea service center, they are failed to find the problem. I was asked idea prepaid distributor and ASM, they are not solved the problem, for your kind information this mobile number is linked with all my accounts and it is my personal number. I am not understand what is the problem, why it is pending. Please look into this matter and do the needful situation is damaging my faith and reputation in the market.. Present using the no. [protected] old number . [protected]. already I raised a complaint last month, from 30 days i recivied a call and said pending of 288 Ruppes with Airtel, I was paid that amount in Airtel and subimtted a copy in Idea Showroom suryapet, but still my problem was not solved. Please do the needful. If my problem was not solved within 24 hours, I am going to send a Damage suit against Idea with INR 5 Crores.
