Hi, I am an Editor in Chief of a v popular blog and social media group with over 4200 readers and about 25000 readers via friends of friends. My contact is [protected]@gmail.com Phone is [protected] I've been an Idea customer for several years, but a few years have definitely been very unsatisfactory, especially, the last couple of years. Now, I am not getting calls even though you are promising on this site that your executive will call. I see a call that is quickly cut. I am not getting any solution by using 198 (which is cut auto) and via www.ideacellular.com I received a huge bill for this month, more than twice the previous month for no reason. I only used the bandwidth that comes free with ! plans. I am v dissatisfied and of course, have no other option but to discontinue data plans with you if you are not able to take care of complaints. Can you send me the break up of hour by hour charges for the last 2 days of the billing cycle? You can see that the charges were suddenly applied to the tune of hundreds of rupees.
