I was having idea mobile number for years... I went outside for sometime and hence couldn't use my idea number for around a sometime.. I had lost an amount of approx ₹80 in last 5 days from my number [protected]. This is 3rd time its getting deducted automatically saying that i had downloaded some services which i didn't even see or know about.

At the first time it happened on 24/1/18 and i don't know what they have deducted for and second time it is on 27/1/2018 saying i have downloaded something from indiagames which i didn't see or...

Today auto downloaded of 'wwe_vd from indiagames' without any subscription. Charged rs.49 even after not downloading any game, i talked to customer care 12345, but they didn't even try to listen my issue, he was forcing me to accept his opinion that i have downloaded that game from chargeble sites and not going to pay any money, please help me for back the complete amount.

I recently ported out of idea to reliance jio

I had paid an excess bill of 100 rs so that i would be covered for the 7 days required to port out. I had ported out 2 days prior to my bill date and paid pro rate bill for next 7 days.

Now they have charged me 465 rs extra saying that i have used that much internet and that my jio number will be stopped if i dont pay the bill.

I definitely have not...

Idear customer complaints : +91-[protected] team is not sharing complain number.

On 26th jan’18 by mistake while paying mobile bill through paytm of rs. 500 (Reference case id is gj[protected]) for [protected] i have pay for [protected]. Both are gujarat circle mobile number.

I had log call with paytm and they said as bill is processed and amount is transferred to idea only you can revert.

Today...

I requested for MNP form Idea Postpaid bearing No. [protected] on[protected], before that I paid my bill in advance more than bill amt. But still they rejected my MNP request stating O/S due. On inquiry customer care suggested to again send request now it will be processe, on[protected] I again Requested for MNP which rejected for same reason....

For calling someone i have to try 2 to 3 times then cal get connected.
Their is also complaint from my family & friends your mobile no. Says out of coverage area even if all network is ok.
If this problem is happening then network provider have to give message alert

This is to report against unethical practices followed by idea cellular.

My number is +91 [protected] and while i am in uk from past few months i am constantly keeping my sim active and using it.

In between idea also deducts some mandatory charges claiming that they are as per trai regulation which is fair enough.

I got a message from idea on 20th jan 2018 that my number...

I have taken a 99 retention plan from idea. I am in uae and not using my idea number for any calls. I got a bill of rs 500 this month. Kindly take action against idea for charging extra money and exploiting customers. They have already taken rs 3000 from me telling activation charges for international roaming. Take serious actions against them as every month i am getting a bill of 400, 500 eventhough i am in 99 retension plan and not using...

I got a call from idea company (Pragna [protected]) telling the offer of post paid 349/- with 2 month free sim card charges 200/- for 1 month free have to pay 100/- i agreed to take 2 months free, this offer is also conformed by their dealer ajeet [protected]. But now they are refusing to give that offer. At the time of purchase they said offer is still there, but now they are telling the offer is expired when i purchased. Please solve my problem....
