Hello friends i purchased mobile on 14th september 2017 redmi 4a 3gb ram and 32gb internal. I am staying in sri sai manikanta boys hostel, sri sai nagar, nizampeta x road near jntu kukatpalli hyderabad.
In my room someone stolen my moble on 19th september, i used only 5 days. So please any one find my mobile when anyone selling or buying that mobile please inform me.

As i didn't remember on whose address proof my idea mobile number is registered, i wanted to know the address proof details of my idea mobile number [protected]. So that i can link aadhar to my idea mobile number to continue without any interrupted services.
Please let me know my address proof details of my idea number at the earliest possible.

Idea staff is talking like goons with my family while i am living out of india.
Idea staff words are "ghar se uthwa denge"

They are talking about some idea bill of 1275 rupees. Which number they don't know. Where is the bill, they don't know. They said idea given us complaint that your bill is due and we are calling from court.

I was using idea number in bangalore before 6 months and i closed my number...

2. Recharge of rs 120 done as they told us from deolali idea store
3. Sim not started on[protected] night at 10 pm as they and said.
4. On 13-9=2017 complaint forwarded thro idea store mumbai naka, nasik they inform that your dox were not forwarded contact the deolali idea store again.
5. Recd message in evening...

I got a fraud call from a son of a # his mother by 100 ppl.. Deducted 9700/- from my account and which is been transferred to idea money... I even cald customer care and they told will get back my amount.. Finally cc told its with legal team.. Still i haven't got any update... It's like 3 weeks now... Could you please have a check and updated me on this...

Hi Team,
I have idea postpaid connection -[protected] and want to port it in other network.

But not able to send PORT SMS on 1900. I am Getting an error message as "Undelivered".

I have complaint about this issue in idea customer care, Issue did not not resolved till now and they have closed the Ticket.
Kindly help....

My sim card barred by trai


I'm using idea sim card number [protected]] since 2012. I got one message "your connection would be barred within 48 hrs as per trai guidelines due to promotional activities done from your number without telemarketers registration"
But actually i did't used my sim card for any promotional activities. Everyday i will sent some sms to my friends and relatives. I don't even call often....

I checked a offer on application and make recharge for the particular offer after it they are deducting my balance saying that here mentioned tnc but i did not see here writing any tnc or cup apply...
When i talk to the support 198 they said me you can do anything for this we will not provide you satisfaction...

Trai — mnp rejected by idea 2time that bill is pending

I have applied for mnp of idea no [protected] to vodaphone but it was rejected on that bill is pending but in reality bill was in (-10) that is it was overpaid and my account show rs 49 and i have deposit rs 150 on 18/9/17 after deposit my account show rs-160 i have already deposited security rs850.
So i want to lodge a complaint against idea cellular it happened...

I received a sms from ideacellular that a data pack has been activated in my no. It was a shock 4 me as i didn't requested 4 data activation n all.
So i called customer care at 198 within 5 mins of receiving such sms, and told him my concern, but rather solving problems he talked so rudely that u must have been done something to activate this service. I denied, then he asked 4 proof. That what proof do i have that i didn't communicated...

Urgent action from ideamoney required

Please note, some fraudster called me from the number:+91 [protected] and made 4 fraud transactions using my debit card number. Please cancel the transaction and send it back to me asap. Please revert as to how to contact customer care and get back my money

4 transactions of rs. 4989.0 was made when i got the alert on my phone. This needs urgent action....

My number is [protected]. I close my number becasue idea compney say me to pay my bill that time im using my number [protected] is runing and idea say my porting bill amount 1250 pay another compney. Were r u all compney member that time i m porting my number without cler bill y r u poritng in idea and your all custmore care no recive my call. I am using idea. I think worst service provider as have dialed 198 thrice and complaint of getting these flash messeges at regular intervals of not more than 2 to 3 minutes. First time they said wait for 48 hours and the complain will be resolved. Thereafter when it didn't i called back after 48 hours only to listen the same. Then i called his senior, from there i got same reply but believing in them i again waited but couldn't get my complaint...

Have an idea mobile number - [protect] from past 2 years. For some reason i haven't used my number for around 3 months and one day i came to know that my number has been allotted to someone else. Even today i am using that number in my whatsaap.

This is so unfair as i have that number of mine linked to all my bank accounts, gas, aadhaar card and every other document of mine. So i will go to consumer court and file a suit against...

This idea has become insecure after loss of custmers to jio, therefore it is indulging in cheating its old customers. It seems that some top management from airtel / reliance smart have joined idea, they have this thief culture in...

I port my sim on september 14, 2017, as i see i am trying 59059 from the time message came to me. But could not connected with the tele verification. My old sim also closed and i have no number right now. So what should i do in this condition. Please do the needful so i can get my number working and if it will not work my contact s will loose with everyone. So please do the needful....

I have got some issue related to extra amount in my billing, so after having discussion with customer care, they have promised to give waiver but it didnt happened and next month again it got added in the bill. I requested the customer care to hold my account as i have confusion and doubt over the charges so but the number got disconnected but billing amount is still increment every month.
