My idea sim card no.[protected] was not detected in my phone since 2 days. It's the problem of sim card and not the phone. Though I am having the validity of outgoing calls by the next day, it was been not detected since 2 days.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest....

I tried several times to send port sms to 1900 but it is not going despite my request to customer service agent. My plan is still valid and sms to other numbers are being sent.
I suspect the company has blocked this number to prevent customers from porting.
Kindly assist me in this.Idea rates are exorbitant....

I am getting a message that Rs 10 has been deducted from my account for using telsync games. But I never used any game of that sort nor does my phone have any game. This is fraud and should be stopped immediately else legal proceedings will be undertaken....

When I send message for UPC code, it reply that UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for change of ownership for this number.

I have been using idea number for 8 years now and one fine day suddenly it stopped working with no network service at all.
I tried resetting and connecting to customer care executives, but no helped, they said they can't fetch any details.
I visited Idea Store, and they are asking 5k to issue a new SIM with same number.

I was sent some sms that some details are to be submitted to nearest vi store for verification . I am a final year student and my number is linked to all bank accounts. That is why i didnnt read those sms and they just deactivated my Sim card without calling/informing.
