I was cheated by one guy and got access to my bank account details and around Rs. 8000 got debited from my account. This is fraud.

Amount deducted from the below source.

I have data pack. i am browering than suddenly i got a message for "mydala" that i subcribe that service but actully i didn't. and i'm hearing "mydala" name first that time. and now company say your balance can't be refund. i want my balance (29 rupess) back in my account number....

I have axis bank account no **** **** *** 3899 and my contact no is [protected]. I got a call from fraudster dt[protected] and asked to share the OTP, by mistaken I have shared the OTP and amount of Rs 3599/- with ref tno ECOM PUR/IDEAMONEY/MUMBAI/110417/12:39 was debited from my account and credited to Idea money.
Request you to kindly look into the issue and reverse the amount to axis bank....

I ported my reliance GSM sim to IDEA cellular on 08 Apr 17 .My no. Is [protected].
Network is coming but unable to call 59059.no incoming and outgoing also plase help.i am trying to dial for televerification but there is no response....

I had lodged the complaint number of times of my phone number [protected] ( Bhopal )- Madhya Pradesh. For incoming and outgoing calla, it always shows not available on network. Your customer care executive says network is OK but my problem is not resolved....

3g and 2g services of idea is very poor.Data connection is not available most of the time..There is no range in our area. 2g services are very poor and 3g is not available .The amount spent on net recharge is wasted because of the poor service. Only calls could be made using the sim. Due to slower connection it is very hard to use the data services.we are not able to make video calls or to watch videos.it takes hours to watch a 5 minute video.....

I called he customer care and requested for billing cycle change but the customer care representative didn't co-operate and didn't raise any request for that, maybe cause I called her on sunday.
My billing cycle right now in 15th to 14th of the month.
I want it changed to 30th of the month.
