My rs 20 has been deducted without my consent in name of access to fun portal but I have not used any of this services nor subscribe for it .. this is cheating kindly refund my amount...

I am idea prepaid user and My mobile number is [protected]. I came to sweden last month and after 1 month my idea sim card deactivated without any notification. I recharged to get my number activate but still its not activated. do i need to do anything more. please resolve my issue on priority.
as sim card not working i am not able to connect with customer care alsoalso.

I recharged through VI app payment method gpay. The transaction got successful and VI is saying there is no recharge due to technical glitches hence they will not refund. Poor company...

I received a message from idea thanks for Choosing access to FUN PORTAL you have been charged Rs.20. But I didn't clicked on any link neither choose any portal. So I kindly request you to take necessary action against this unfair money deduction, and refund my money....

I am a VI customer and recently I have had a balance deduction of Rs.25 for choosing "Games World". I have never subscribed to this service and neither was any confirmation taken from me before deducting my balance. I demand VI to immediately refund my balance they have wrongly deducted. Please stop such shady schemes. This is outright ridiculous...

Every recharge to amount cutting to one day and company massages and company calles newsenss....

I get network busy error when I place calls. For few regularly used contacts calls are getting placed but for rest of the contacts I'm getting "Network busy" error....

For the past 3 days my idea sim internet is not working but is showing that there is good network. I had recharged my sim on the 16 of march 2022. This has caused me a lot of discomfort because I have been unable to do anything through online means unless provided with a wifi. The only means available to me is call which is not the most convenient either. I really would appreciate if you do something about this issue as soon as possible and...

I would like to bring it to your notice that the internet connectivity of Idea Cellular is very poor. Despite hike in price by around 25% twice in last 3 years yet the internet speed degrades to zero anytime for 1-2 hours long abrupting my work.
So, I request to please look into this matter to ensure that internet speed never set to 0kb/s if one have enough recharge and data to used.

I have an issue with my sim [protected], it doesn't work here in the UAE, my roaming is active.
Can't get in reach to the customer care as well.
It used to work and then it suddenly stopped working, then I got the simcard replaced, but still no luck.

Vi (Vodafone Idea) is automatically Activating Unwanted Services and Deducting Amount from my account every month. This is unfair. They are doing it to every Vodafone Idea user.

Today (21 Mar 2021), I got a message that a song is set as my caller tune and they have deducted 27 Rs from my account. This is not the first time.

Dear sir,
My sim card is not showing any network for last 4-5 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.

It is getting very discouraging for me, i don't see any options available to solve this issue....

My idea sim is showing no service from last 2-3 hours i am not able to take calls, access internet .suddenly it stoped working i was doing my importamt company work...

I don't receive calls from the callers as my number shows busy or switched off. I find difficulty in receing calls, its been a lot of times my number is always shown busy so i dont receive, its the problem with your server or my number. Kindly help me so that i can receive calls easily....
