Idea Cellular — Bad service, gets connection with false marketing and then refuses to activate the service

This is Ravindra Mehta using [protected](Idea) number along with 4 other CUG Idea numbers. When they came here to sell their postpaid connection they promised that I will get additional pack o[censored]S/Canada calling with cheap rates with my plan EasyShare 2.0. Now they are refusing to give me that service activated. Their executives are cutting my calls if I do for complaints. Their executive does a blank call to me and just mark the complaint as closed without even talking to me. It seems they are cheating on the customers with false marketing. Help.

They called me on the same day - 5th Nov and told me that they will get back to me with the ETA of the resolution. But after that there is no communication and no updates on this issue. Its been a struggle to get a solution for this from Idea.

Please help.

They were supposed to get back to me with the time estimation of when the pack will be activated on my number. Generally it takes 4 hours.

But still they never got with any ETA yet even after more then 24 hours of time.

Its the fault of Idea network if you could not reach me. I never got any missed calls from your number so far. You can call me anytime your working hours.

Please solve this issue ASAP that is all I request rather just contacting me and getting some more time here.

Its been 5 more days and no updates still. They are blaming me that I have disconnected their call which is a completely wrong statement. I never received / disconnected any calls from last 20 days.

Please help! They are not even taking care of a small request from so long and just wasting time of both. I sent several emails to their appellate more then a month ago but they are not even responding for this. Also their Appellate numbers do not work either.

I got below email from them on 8th December :

For your convenience, we are changing your existing bill from Easy Share 2.0 to all new Easy Share 3.0 w.e.f. 08-Dec-2015
The new plan offers more flexibility to you while adding new numbers to the account. It also gives you an option to choose from wide variety of Booster packs to top up your Internet. You may also opt for any other SMS/ISD pack from our available array of products.

Please note that your plan rental and all the current benefits/tariffs of your existing bill plan will continue as it is, however, the plan rental and free benefits will be non-prorated.


However when I called them to activate the pack they are saying I am still not eligible for the same pack. Now they are sending fake emails to just convince customers that they have provided services whether they are not even taking care of providing any updates on this.

Please help if possible.
