Idea Cellular — balance deduction

Sir; I am 2-3 year completed in this company. Today i am getting a problem . i am call customers care no . but they did not satisfied me & cut in call in mid . i am call 2 times they do same. I am got 50mb 3g data by idea company . but when i am use this . they deduct my balance 57 rs .but my net plan now show on .53mb . when i ask to customers care they say you use extra mb . but still my net plan remain .53mb. So plz solve this problem my no is [protected].

I am call on 198 two times but they did not refund my money . they transfer call to senior . then the senior also transfer call other. Then call is cut. This things done both time when i call .
