[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Balance not credited

I have ported my no. [protected] from idea haryana to idea Rajasthan. I was told at idea office my main account balance will be transferred. I also confirmed the same by calling on 198.
Now my no. is successfully ported but I have not received the balance from my old sim
I called 198 and now they are telling it can't be retrieved now. Please see into matter and take necessary action.
