[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Bill amount overcharged | |||||
Dear sir, This is to inform you that i was owning an internet pack worth Rs. 100 for 300 MB, after my internet pack had been finished (as per idea cellular ) i was additionally charged by RS 405 for consuming 90 MB data after exhausting my limit. But my concern is as per idea norms - i am using idea app and as per that application its still showing that i have 87 MB data left in my account then how can they additionally charge me. If app is showing incorrect data then they need to update their application first without making us suffer. Now due to incorrect bill amount (i.e. RS 405 additional), i am not in the state to pay the bill amount. Kindly do the need full at earliest possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
